We all get put on stupid bowel programs after rehab.
Who only poops 3x a week?
It's all building up inside of you.
You can reduce your belly by pooping more, just as nature intended.
5-7x a week is ideal!

The second P, Posture - is a little difficult.
It's a trade between balance and belly, especially if you have no core function.
Personally, I have a little extra dump in my chair.
The added tension in my hamstrings lets me sit up straighter than I otherwise could.
This is a matter of preference, but try it!
Lean back in your chair and see how much your belly shrinks.
