Hey guys, it’s been a while, I’ve seemingly taken about 10 steps back, I’m struggling with having the will power to exercise, I know I need to I just keep going back to “I can’t be bothered, I’ll do it tomorrow”
I completed my goal of getting up in my chair on 3 separate weekdays and also managed being up both Saturday AND Sunday (though I still can’t manage a whole day yet) I consider this 2 wins since I have achieved a personal weekend best as well 😀
