My goal is to come back to swimming pools competitively bc my coach put on me a lot of pressure, he insulted me when I was bad and he didn't give me solutions to not swim edgy so during 200 fly I did a good first half and in the second half i completely died and this during all my 200 fly of last year so I never took pleasure (1:08, and 1:28). This anxiety braked me in others races and in particular in long races as 200 and over bc I was afraid before races and I didn't take pleasure to swim so I'm doing a break for one year and next year I would like to come back in swimming and doing again competition.
