Calling inbound leads
Context: I'm working from EU calling incoming leads from my ads usually until 12AM CEST / 6PM eastern time. Half of my leads are coming in outside of their business hours (after 6pm eastern), should I still dial them immediately, even though it'd be inappropriate?

Never really cared the time I was calling, if I was calling between 8 am their time to 9 pm their time. If the interest is there they will book. And the few counted times that I received a "it is not the right time" then I just tease them on "Yeah ahaha Im so sorry I just picked the worst time to call you ahaha sometimes Im this appropiate" and they joke with me and then "ok what time we speaking tomorrow?" and that is it are you having too much problems with this or is it just prevention?
@Mohamed Liban bro u overthinking a lot man 😂 just copy me and you'll be fine
FB Call to Action
How important is the CTA on FB ads? Especially in home improvement niche. Haven't been able to find much info on it, but what's worked best for people? I've been using 'Get Quote' but want to test other ones in case people find 'Get Quote' too forward. Also trying to get to lvl 2 if anyone can upvote 🙂

I am in home remodeling as you bro I personally never tested it out since I found other aspects more impactful on the overall performance like the creatives. Anyway, "🎁 Get Your Free Quote" might be direct but has always worked for me and for a lot of our competitors. That is why it is so common, not trying to reinvent the wheel. What makes you think that it is too straightforward??
"Horizontal" Scaling ... Best Practices?
Hey everyone, I’m currently scaling one of my client’s ads, but I feel like I’ve hit a ceiling with linear scaling for the state I’m targeting. I’ve successfully expanded and scaled Horizontally into other states before, but I’d like some advice on the best way to do so. Should I: A) Duplicate the successful campaign and just change the targeting and wording to reflect the new state? B) Start a brand new campaign using the exact winning creative and similar copy? C) Start from scratch and go through a dynamic creative and copy split testing phase? Or if you have another method entirely I'd love to hear it! Thanks for your input.

Some ideas: - Launch different campaigns with different objectives: messaging campaigns, phone call campaigns, lead gen, just traffic for branding and awareness etc (lets try to get people to a newsletter) - Going to different locations (lets expand to LA) - Advertising different servivces (facade restaurations) - Doing different offers (fully new bathroon at 8k) And soooooo on, it is very wituational but what is your exact objective??
[FB Ad] Review Me!
Hi all, I've been running ads for a client in the home improvement niche which has good KPIs besides low leads/high CPL. So I'm relaunching everything here in a couple hours and would love y'all's feedback before doing so. I've attached creative, copy, and lead form. I'll be testing multiple creatives all in a similar before & after style. Please let me know what y'all think and where I can improve before launch (COPY BELOW) 👇 ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Copy: 🚨 XYZ neighbors! Are you frustrated by faded and outdated paint dragging down your home's appeal? 😔 Old paint not only looks awful, but it exposes you and your family to mold and mildew when underlying surfaces are exposed to moisture 🤢 Many people don’t know this, but a fresh coat of paint not only helps you fall back in love with your home, but also increases its value! All at a fraction of the cost of a full renovation. 👋 My name is XYZ, proud owner of XYZ. For the last 18 years I’ve had the honor of helping hundreds of XYZ neighbors fall back in love with their homes with a fresh coat of paint, and I’d love to do the same for you! So as a gift to you this holiday season, I’m offering the next 5 customers the following HUGE specials (worth $600): 🎁 ➡️ FREE expert color consultation & quote ➡️ 15% OFF your first project ➡️ FREE home pressure wash with purchase of full exterior paint ➡️ FREE home cleaning with purchase of full interior paint ⏱️ Click “Learn More” to claim these specials and fall back in love with your home! Be quick, this offer is limited to the next 5 customers on a first-come, first-serve basis. Why XYZ? ✅ Veteran, family, and locally owned in XYZ ✅ Interior, exterior, cabinet, and deck painting ✅ 104+ five-star reviews across from happy customers across the internet “XYZ and his crew were very professional, worked hard and the job was very well done inside and out. It’s refreshing to have someone in the home improvement field do what they say, show when they say they will and communicate as well as he does.”

[FB Ad] Review Me!
Hey man I am in home remodeling as well, a couple details: - if it has good KPIs but the CPL is still high it means that CPM is high or Lead form conversion rate is not good enough. - About the creative, you cannot really see or note the difference between the before and after. They are not pictures that stand out or clearly show a transformation. I can barely say which one is the before or the after if i dont read labels. - If it is the CPM maybe try using better creatives or testing other audiences. If the problem is the form, then try to change the picture of the form since i believe there is too much letter and elements on it... But anyway, when you say high CPL exactly what is the CPL that you consider high? And also how is the lead quality right now?
Really Simple Question
Yo, so I have a client who doesn't have socials I'm going to make and launch accounts and do the proper warm up phase etc But I have a really simple question because something has just slipped my mind, but do I need to warm up the PAGE or the AD ACCOUNT Essentially, do I make an ad account straight away, and then post for two weeks. OR Do I warm up the account first and then create the ad account I know one of those will get the account banned but I can't remember which one so I would appreciate your support thanks

Never an issue to lauch ads for a brand new page. Just make sure that if you are forced to create a new facebook account you spend at least 3 weeks giving it normal human like use: scrolling, following some pages, watching stories, liking memes and all that bullshit regular people do so often...
