pay per appointment
Regarding the pay per appointment, do you get paid at the end of the month? let's say you guaranteed 10 projects/jobs per month and first month you bring him 20 appointments but he only gets like 8 jobs or no jobs at all out of it. what would you do in this situation? do you still ask him to pay or wait until he gets the jobs first?

Next time you should set the expectations directly on the onboarding bro. He should understand (from the expectations you give & your contract) that he has to fullfill his part which is closing the deals, if he sucks thats his problem. you can always help him out on closing more deals. As long as the appointments are high quality there shouldn't be any issues to pay for those appointments. These are some things I've got in the contract: the Client fails to provide us with the necessary information of how the on-site estimate went and if the homeowner showed up within 24 hours after every booked appointment; the client fails to put the intended effort to follow up with the homeowners after they (the homeowners) booked themselves in;

@Yousuf Hashimi I mean you can run the numbers for him on the sales call, depending on what rev they get, you can logically run the numbers, while also saying the first month is going to be bad. Avg close rate in remodeling should be 1 in 5app at worst 1 big project in 10 or you just run ads for quick turnover jobs. I've got a 90day contract with rev guarantee instead of jobs, this is 1 part of the system (fb ads, also do more things)hopefully it helps a bit man.
Calling inbound leads
Context: I'm working from EU calling incoming leads from my ads usually until 12AM CEST / 6PM eastern time. Half of my leads are coming in outside of their business hours (after 6pm eastern), should I still dial them immediately, even though it'd be inappropriate?

@Santos Osazenaye Ogbomoede prevention
Targeting southern states FB ads
I thought it would be best if I target the southern states due to off season (targeting remodelers & residential contractors btw). Should I try it or just continue targeting the whole states & let the algorithm do its thing? With the decreased target demographic, I thought I might risk higher CPL etc.

exactly as @Hue Ng said. Otherwise your putting unnecessary shackles on yourself. Less complicated the better, as long as you're constantly testing
