As long as the ingredients only say peanuts and salt I'm down for smooth or crunchy, they are both delicious!!

With the holidays coming up, does anyone have any delicious, HEALTHY and easy recipes to share!?! With all the family get together a, I'd love to be able to bring a healthy dish (that people can't tell is healthy)! 😉

3 Ingredient Snickers Treats - All you need are dates, dark chocolate, natural crunchy peanut butter, and sea salt. Cut your dates in half & take out the pit. Lay flat on a sheet of parchment paper. Lay another sheet on top and use something to flatten out your dates. Spread a layer of crunchy pb on top of your dates. Melt some dark chocolate and evenly spread it over the pb. Hit it with some sea salt & toss in the freezer until hard. Cut in bars or squares and enjoy!
