ReRooting
I’ve been doing my daily RPMs but I’ve been avoiding the journaling - here to say I’m back to showing up for myself even when I don’t fuckin want to. Here I am. I got here. I’ve been using the breathing techniques when I’m listening to other people tell me things I don’t want to vibe with. I was a breath holder so the counting satisfies some OCD maybe but the real shift is that I’m getting better at the exhale: the release of the Fucks. 🐒 just when I think I have zero to give I discover another cave filled with them guarded by a dragon that just wants to be my Friend 🐉 ☮️ ❤️.

Day 13: Goddess number day
Friday the 13th has always been one of my favorite days! Today’s meditation got me all choked up and at first felt like it might be too fuckin much emotion to deal with. I had a lot of bullshot energy I was still letting reside in me. I seriously think my pants might be looser today because I released so much baggage from my waistline area. Feeling so fuckin lucky and blessed to be a part of this challenge. I hope you beautiful fuckers all feel extra lucky today too!!

Two freakin’ weeks! 🦄
I’m proud of myself for meditating for 2 weeks! Not only have I done each day’s meditation I have also been watching videos and journaling more. I’m noticing that I am more aware of my surroundings and body and mouth! I am able to spot when I’m about to word vomit 🤮 and need to cut the sh*t. Slow and steady! It feels good!

Day 7 🦥
I showed up for myself 7 days in a row ✅ I have no ability to visualize, I only have thoughts, so the guided meditations are often a challenge for me when I don’t already have a memory or visual reference. I was starting to let my ego convince me that “I’m doing it wrong” then I hear “just concentrate on your fuckin breath” and I’m back to just fuckin breathing which I have close to 50 years of experience and success with….shut up ego…I can fuckin breathe like a champ!!! 🏆
