Two freakin’ weeks! 🦄
I’m proud of myself for meditating for 2 weeks! Not only have I done each day’s meditation I have also been watching videos and journaling more. I’m noticing that I am more aware of my surroundings and body and mouth! I am able to spot when I’m about to word vomit 🤮 and need to cut the sh*t. Slow and steady! It feels good!
