My Assistants are not responding at all to my conversations. When I check the conversations in the dashboard they are not showing up there either. Is something down?
All of a sudden I can't get any responses on any subaccounts. I disconnected and reconnected the account through the App Marketplace with no fix. Anyone else having problems? Conversations are not even populating in the Assitable dashboard.
What fields in GHL does Assistable natively have access to. I'm coming from another system where you can reference GHL custom variables directly in the assistant instructions. Is this possible currently with Assistable?
Has anyone attempted to make a voice assistant to handle all inbound calls for the office? Are we anywhere close to being ready for that, or are is voice best used for very specific contextual conversations. I guess I should ask… can the Assistable assistants handle inbound as well as outbound?
