One of our Live assistants will occasionally pull the times from the calendar, and the first slot it pulls will be tomorrow, but then it will offer appointments today, but then when they pick the time it puts it on the calendar for tomorrow. Anyone experienced this and how did you fix your prompt to account for this?
I am trying to monitor conversations for instances where the assistant says, "I'm having trouble with" usually in reference to accessing the calendar. I want to be able to detect the word "trouble" coming from the assistant and then send a slack notification to our team. Is there a way do do this?
is it possible to book appointment on Event type calendar? Have a client who has a particular situation and uses an Event calendar instead of Round Robin. Anyone have any suggestions?
Running into an issue where the custom tool update_contact that I created is not pushing the contactID always. So it will pull in all the information but the workflow will fail because it didnt pull in the contactID so nothing updates. 2 screenshots below one where it didnt pull in the contactID and the other where it did. I though that was something that the AI should always send through how can I make sure it does all the time?
