Yum! I would love this recipe. My hubby loves Brownies!
Unconventional Breakfast!
Breakfast can look like this… Chicken, rice, Swiss chard, pineapple (to aid digestion). Think outside the box! Your body doesn’t care if you eat so called “dinner” for “breakfast”. It may actually thank you for it!

I like the idea of adding eggwhite to get more protein. I have trouble getting enough protein without going over a reasonable calorie range.

Dining out the Fit n Healthy way
This week my husband and I had a lunch date - a rarity for us… and something I’m working on making more of a frequent event for us. He chose the place- a sushi place here in Kelowna (Yama) and this is what I chose! This bento box hit all my macros without overdoing it in any one category. Notice how everything is fresh and not drenched in sauces. I like to order my food fairly plain with all the “extras” on the side so I can control what and how much I add to the meal. Often times I skip the sauces all together and opt for lemon juice and hot sauce. I was HUNGRY for this meal and afterwards was 80% full. Yes I could’ve eaten much more- but I always allow myself 20-30mins before Intaking more. Give those hunger/satiation hormones time to do their work! Almost never do I go back for more at that 30min mark. After our date, we went for a stroll around downtown to enjoy the fall air, and to digest. Do you have healthy tips when dining out ? Drop em here. Let’s help each other out !
