Is anyone here getting there fasting insulin measured. I assume the keto diet is supposed to lower insulin levels. Has anyone seen a correlation between tumor markers and levels of fasting insulin?

You will be in good shape. One big thing I learned was exoginous Ketones after every meal reduces glucose! Also helps the GKI significantly! I do have lab results, specifically tumor markers. Both are still at or below normal! Now we wait for Petscan results. I am using standard of care, ketosis, hbot, at home infrared sauna, off label prescription drug use and supplements. I am so enjoying the community here. I called a local HBOT place and the rates are $300 a session. I fell into a deep despair when I heard this. I am not able to work, and have no way to pay for this 😢😥😢.
