Multiple myeloma
Hey Guys, I have multiple myeloma (blood cancer) - currently in remission via SOC, tho it's classed as incurable and normally returns at some point. Also the SOC recommendation is to continue on medication until there is a relapse. I'm not super keen on the meds or the relapse so I would like to incorporate some press pulse to keep a lid on it so to speak. Any other blood cancer people who have had success with the metabolic route?

I believe that Dr. Annette Bosworth's mother had a blood cancer. She wrote 'Anyway You Can' and has a ton of teaching videos on how to begin a ketogenic diet. You can find her on YOUTUBE. I'm so glad that SOC has provided you success!

This seems to be a good video that explains fasting. I wish I had the energy and skills to research the publications or sources of his narrative. When I first started chemo I fasted the day before, the day of and the day after chemo. It was a great tool. I am currently working on growing muscle mass and just doing calorie restricted keto if I'm just not hungry, preparing for HBOT and chemo. Thanks for sharing!
Vincent (Metcancer) interviews Dr. D'Agostino! Questions?
So Vincent is going to interview Dr. Dominic D'Agostino, he just sent an email out to his members if they have questions! How about you guys pose some questions as well, I will pack them up and send, say 5-7 to Vincent, maybe he will indeed ask them! So what do you want to know from Dr. Dom? :-)

HBOT, Keto Diet, MCT Oil, Exoginous Ketones, Metforman! Listen let's less complicate this thing. Eat Keto. Strict no carbs and no sugar. Not everyone will just get glucose at 70 and that's okay. Let's then add the hammers Dom and I discussed here like MCT, Exoginous Ketones, Metforman, HBOT. Then test! If you still need to adjust stay pacient and reduce protien and callories a little. You will be in good shape. One big thing I learned was exoginous Ketones after every meal reduces glucose! Also helps the GKI significantly! Just please stop fasting just work on dialing in those 5 hammers and you will be much further ahead! Please see the full podcast bellow! If GKI still is not perfect you are still in good shape. Remember a Keto Diet and fasting only slows the growth of cancer. It is just used as a press and not a cure. So what if your cancer grows 50 percent slower vs 55 percent slower. It's the pulse that kills it and make the biggest difference! https://youtu.be/n0rGi0E-6D0?si=nukC3qPL6DoODAXB

@Cynthia Odu thank you.
Super Sunday Poll! What are the things you don't like about...
...Press pulse? You are allowed to rant today, and let some steam off! :-) Meaning, what annoys you the most when it comes to a therapautic ketogenic diet :-p ?

That's my average for the last 28 days. My body just seems to like to hang out between 89-93 for blood glucose. Ketones will rise based in time restricted eating, calorie restriction, exogenous ketones.

@Egg Scrambled I have added ala to my list of supplements. It seems to be helping some. I also to some topical patches with ginger and capsicum on the bottoms of my feet that diffently helps with the circulation. Thanks for the suggestion😆
