Planet Fitness Alternative Exercises?
I am currently following the 4 day program but I go to planet fitness and if you didn’t know they don’t have free weight barbells. Does anyone know any alternative exercises I could do for the following exercises below marked with a star? @Owen Blair Hi Owen, unfortunately this calculator are for ages 15+ and im below that, do you have any other calculators I can use or perhaps even a calculation I could use?
Dumbbell weight
Hello Owen, I'm currently following your Dumbbell Aesthetic Workout Routine and your Diet for Aesthetics. However I only have access to 4.5kg dumbbells (10 pounds) and I don't feel its heavy enough which is why I rep 30 for each set. But when I wake up the next day my muscles ache and burn but I need them to to make them grow, can you advice me on what I should change?
