{DAILY MEDITATIONS HERE} Final 30-Day Push: Day 84! [Start at Anytime]
We're down to the final 30 days of the 90 day challenge! I'll be posting each day's meditation in the COMMUNITY here instead of being in the classroom. If you’re a bit behind, no worries—just jump in with us. I'll be posting each new meditation around 9 to 10pm Pacific time the day before. Why this approach? I want this group to be a place where we all feel connected, not scattered, and where everyone can stick to a rhythm that feels supportive. Think of it as a fresh start for those who may have stepped away, plus a chance to keep each other accountable as we build something meaningful together. For anyone who prefers a more flexible experience go google meditations on Insight Timer, YouTube, or Spotify. In addition to our daily meditations, I’m planning to introduce shorter challenges from time to time. And for even more variety, I’ll be sharing meditations from other incredible guides, including some of my teacher training grads. It’s a great way to expand our practice and see what resonates for you. Let’s keep this momentum going, dive deep into our practices, and make this an even stronger, more supportive community. Can’t wait to see the insights and wins we’ll create together! Much love, Yogi Bryan P.S. Rules of the community are have fun and be nice so let's keep it that way.

Day 83 I almost got through it without falling asleep, almost 😅 Rewound it a bit and finished after the 5 or 10 minute nap. I can still feel a fuckton of pain but it did help release some tension & my neck popped on the left side in the good way. Thanks Yogi @Bryan Holub 🙏🧘🏻‍♂️

I could only use chair or bed yoga or something similar to keep my Fibromyalgia & PEM from flaring up. 😔🤕
Moving
Who doesn’t hate moving? As an Army brat & vagabond, until I became disabled, I never lived anywhere for more than a couple years at a time. Ok, wait except high school ugh 4 years in that hellhole. So up until 2009 the longest time in 1 “home” was 4 years. Then we moved into this apartment with my lovely bedroom window view of a parking lot… Anyway, now it’s 2024 & I’ve been in this apartment for 15 years!?! EGHAD! I’m now finally in the process of packing & resting and resting and packing because my chronically ill & disabled body demands many times more rest & “recovery” than movement. Any nice thoughts sent will be greatly appreciated. Moving is painful. I can’t wait until we’re on the road. Have a good Friday night guys.

@Kat Ring I’m only just a bit better mentally & I am & have been disabled for years. It’s not in my mind. I am light years away from being able bodied, I think you might be confusing that with being paralyzed. I know how my body was up until my accident in Feb 2000 & how it has been since.

Update: worst 2 days of sucky shit that I can remember at the moment. 90% of this move went poorly. Yesterday and this morning I am in the worst pain of my entire life. 2 of my meds somehow got left in the old apartment, 6 hours away. My poor little kitties are all traumatized and hiding. Ugh 😫 I wish the universe would give me a break.
World Kindness Day

Forever a work in progress but I believe that I am a better listener than before, that’s for both myself and others.
Chatting with my kid
I went online to check in with my son yesterday & tell him about his grandma’s death and I was very unsure about how it would go or what to say exactly. It took me a few minutes to find the words. He wasn’t upset by it just sad and curious about the details, many of which I don’t have. So we talked about that and the strained relationship between myself and my mom. After a few minutes it transitioned into other things and then he started playing his video games and showing me different parts of it and clips of dialogue he thought I would find funny. It was pretty cool and before I knew it a couple hours had passed and my stomach started growling and then my cats started their feed me routines. I took a break got food for them and myself and continued the chat. It was the longest and best conversation we’ve had in years. I usually get bored when he goes on a video game tangent but not this time and so I have to think it’s from my meds and more so from all the meditations I’ve been doing with @Bryan Holub and the Insight Timer that kept me calm and focused on enjoying the moment with my kid. Thanks Bryan.
