Big News!
Good morning this is day 40. But… Here’s some exciting news! We are officially launching the community in October and feel like we’re just getting started. Our plan is to keep doing these sprints and invite more people to join. Within the next month, we’ll be launching our Freedomology app which will be the hub for all things Freedomology: The community, the 40-day sprints, various 5-10 day challenges, videos, live streams, articles, contests and giveaways etc. It will all take place in our new app. You’ll be able to find other members who share similar interests or are located near you, and you’ll have access to ALL of our sprints (H40, F40, R40) year-round. 💪 In addition to H40 (a 40-day sprint to better health), we’ll be offering F40 (a 40-day path to financial freedom) and R40 (40 days to transform your relationships). These three sprints are focused on the areas of life that matter most: Relationships 👫, Health 🏃‍♂️and Finances 💰. I'm curious is anyone drinks Celsius? I picked up a couple packets to try from the vitamin store (when I grabbed my berberine!) and I like it more than I expected. I was an everyday Starbucks drinker and am looking for ways to get that boost of energy without the cost or calories of Starbucks!

I love YUKA!!!! I have been using it since June. I found most of what I was eating was good but some of the items were not. While I still do indulge in the not so great for me items, it is definitely less now.
Day 3
GOOOOOD morning!! Day 3 is going great! Woke up just before my 5:30 AM alarm. Swapped out drinking my bottle of water for a full 28 oz Gatorade Zero Went down to walk outside, but it was raining, so I used the hotel gym treadmill, instead. Came back up and drank a bottle of water. Sent my daily gratitude to the BEST accountability partner, @Jenna Hoover! Meditated, although the toughest one to date. I must have spent 15 minutes trying to clear my mind before I was able to sit and just focus on the a/c blower in the hotel room. But - great way to get up and ADAM! Thank you!

Awesome! I have to admit, I have been slacking on my mediation piece. Some days I can get it in no problem and others I have to use my daily walk or jog to clear my head.
Add on
2 weeks ago I went a JKD retreat and learned a quick warm up (less than 10 minutes) that helps with JKD training but also activates the body and gets it ready for the day. I am trying to start incorporating that into my daily routine...anywhere I can. Usually after my normal workout....like a pick me up for the afternoon slump (if I don't do body tapping). 😀 I find this 10 minute routine is like body tapping but also meditation as you focus on your breathing and connecting with your body.
