Hello, just want to clarify, is it best to put the knowledge info text based or as a json? also how do you get the ai assistant to pull pricing or specific information from the knowledge base, so its relay accurate information? And lastly, the files I had uploaded still say in que, and when I click retry, it does not do anything- is this because its a file vs text, or how do i go about correcting that? Thank you
