Every early morning around 4 or 5am I get these muscle cramps in my calves and toes…I started the LMNT electrolyte drink first in the morning, and after a week, no changes, so I stayed morning and evening, about three weeks in now, still no changes…I am forced to quickly get out of bed, though totally sleepy, after 20 seconds it subsides and I go back to bed hoping it doesn’t happen again, sometimes it does…I wish I knew what to do to prevent them from happening. Any suggestions? Thanks!
