He was one of the first people on this specific video that made me cry happy tears spontaneously. During watching this, I instantly made the choice to be carnivore. That being said, this last month I was dragging. I remembered a couple days ago that eating fat is super important for energy. I’ve increased the fat now and my energy has returned! Does that make sense?
Glycine?
Anyone else exploring the benefits of gelatin? Anyone else interested in the specific amino acid Glycine? Any of us here had experience with Glycine? I just ordered some and am excited to see if it will facilitate better sleep and less waking up between 2-4 AM. Thx

@Stefania Mareso that’s amazing
Remember this…
If you start your day with carbohydrates for breakfast, your body will adapt and crave carbs throughout the day. Breakfast sets the stage for your brain’s neurotransmitters for the rest of the day. So, if you feed it oatmeal, cereal, toast, fruit, fruit juice, granola, breakfast bars, pancakes, waffles, honey, jam, or any other carb-heavy option, you’re essentially signing up for a full day of carb cravings. This is why some of the fitness enthusiasts I’ve worked with struggle with constant hunger and food addiction. That seemingly harmless ‘oats for breakfast’ sets off a chain reaction of problems. Try steak and eggs for breakfast and see if you still feel the need for those six small meals a day.

Thank you
Eliminating expectations
Not being attached to a particular result frees the subconscious mind from all thoughts about why you can’t have it. This in turn opens the path to the particular result which was consciously intended. When you stop chasing desires, they start coming to you rather than you having to go after them. To truly master manifestation, you must live outside the space of expecting to produce a specific outcome. You must feel complete, with or without anything. You must expect nothing and desire nothing, other than what shows up. A master always agrees with results, even if they do not appear favourable at the time. This is because they know that at some level they must have created them. The true master knows they currently have everything, so they happily accept whatever part of everything shows up at any particular moment in time.

@Anthony Phaèsse Yes that’s true. It is very detailed and comprehensive. Since I first saw and hear you speak with precision and deep intellect, it gave me pause and invoked curiosity to what your HD profile is. Elon Musk is a manifesting Generator and I suspect you are a Generator as well. He is a Right Angle Cross of Service and you are probably somewhere close to that. You also measure so much so I suspect your ajna center is defined. It occurred to me that the first time I watched your video I thought that for as you having over 20 years of being a fitness instructor/coach, that knowing others HD profile could possibly create more of an edge with not only creating a space for being Lean for others but also a providing a space of opening for their pineal gland and more. Does that make sense?

@Anthony Phaèsse I’ve always viewed HD as an experiment and since I became aware of it at the end of 2011, it has proven time and time again to be accurate. I’m a 2/4 splenic projector.
Today is a good day!
I am feeling so confident in my clothes today! I’m feeling less bloated and I actually tucked in my shirt! Never tuck in my shorts because I don’t like the look of a “meaty” mid section. I’m feeling really cute. Lololol.
