Recently I heard someone say they get on the scale AFTER taking their progress pics. I think this is a BRILLIANT idea. I got on the scale FIRST this week and the scale was up by quite a bit. 😳🙃 making me feel a bit frustrated. I had to remind myself that I had increased my carbs on leg day, I just had leg day and was still fatigued. Then I took my pics. 📸 Then I compared Day 1 to this week.
