The scale can play games
Recently I heard someone say they get on the scale AFTER taking their progress pics. I think this is a BRILLIANT idea. I got on the scale FIRST this week and the scale was up by quite a bit. 😳🙃 making me feel a bit frustrated. I had to remind myself that I had increased my carbs on leg day, I just had leg day and was still fatigued. Then I took my pics. 📸 Then I compared Day 1 to this week. I lost ZERO POUNDS!😳 BUT CHECK IT OUT!!!!❤️👇🏽 📸 128.4# in BOTH pics!!!! ANNNND, 2 days later almost 2# whooshed off!!!126.8# today!!! 💪🏽👏🏽💪🏽👏🏽💪🏽👏🏽💪🏽👏🏽💪🏽👏🏽 Trust the process!!!! Julie Batt

The three KPI’s
When it comes to transformation, there are three key performance indicators (KPIs) that every online coach should monitor: the scale, measurements, and—most importantly—progress photos. Take, for example, Eva’s journey. Over a two-week period, her weight remained unchanged at 56.5 kg. However, her progress photos clearly show a shift in body composition. This illustrates the golden rule of transformation: when progress is visible, hold steady and avoid making any changes. Many people become discouraged when the scale doesn’t move, because they rely solely on it as their only KPI. This can lead to hasty decisions that may disrupt their progress. Remember, the scale alone doesn’t capture the full picture. It’s essential to consider all three indicators—photos, measurements, and weight—to accurately assess progress. Moving forward, ensure you’re monitoring each of these KPIs before making any adjustments to your program.

I’ve been carnivore since…
I started carnivore June 1st 2024. It’s currently August 10 2024. All of May I did OMAD and these are some pictures of my transformation. So 70 days in of Carnivore and now becoming leaner as of being here. What do you think? Good positive changes? I’m 47 and 6 foot 4 inches. Do I have potential getting lean? I completed a 50 hr fast yesterday. Also I do sprinting and have for over a month and lots of biking up hills.
