And the journey was anything but easy. The struggle was real, and the scale seemed almost defiant, with changes so slight they were barely noticeable. There were moments I questioned the process, I questioned myself and at times, it felt like I was taking steps backward. But I held onto patience, remembering that real change is slow. I stayed disciplined, knowing that perseverance is what sets results apart from dreams. And, maybe most importantly, I practiced kindness toward myself. I stopped being my own worst critic and became my biggest supporter. Best of all, I hushed that little voice inside my head that said it’s too hard, you’re too old, it can’t be done…just give up already. Yes, I have those thoughts too! Many of you have witnessed this transformation happen in real time, seeing each small step add up to something much bigger. Today’s photo is proof that even when progress feels invisible, it’s there, building strength, resilience, and confidence that goes far beyond the mirror. Keep going, even when it feels impossible. It’s worth it—you’re worth it.

Amazing results Anthony!! 👏👏 It is so sobering hearing a coach saying they too questioned the process at times!! Very often coaches portray this image of perfection , of never having doubts or experiencing tough moments , which is what makes us human after all. Very inspiring @Anthony Phaèsse , your transparency, integrity, knowledge, leadership and humility are what makes you a great role model for all if us!! Thank you 🙏

Here’s a progress update from an online client who prefers to stay anonymous. These photos were taken just four weeks apart, and while the scale only shows a mere 3.1 kg drop, the pictures reveal a completely different story. The transformation is already impressive, and I can’t wait to see how much more we accomplish in the coming weeks!

Scales are possibly the worse invention in the world!! Standard scales just show a number that does NOT account for hydration changes, muscle increase , ,inflammation or hormonal fluctuations. I use a segmental bio- impedance that's over 15 years old but accounts for most of those factors to give you a body composition TREND of whether you are losing fat , building muscle, etc.. . But this is to be looked alongside actual tape measurements and progress pictures , as even bio impedance scales are not accurate, they can give you an insight on what's happening in your body , but you have to be able to interpret it alongside other markers..... and let's not forget the non scales victories..... are you putting your diabetes/ autoimmune/ chronic inflammation/ other symptoms into remission? Has your sleep improved? Have your cravings gone? Do you feel more energetic? Has your depression / anxiety/ stress gone?... and so on... there is so much more to being healthy than the number your scales shows! 😉
