Transformation Tuesday!
In January, Jon and I hosted a Hormone Fat Loss Challenge. We had 10 amazing women join us on this journey to better health!👭 @Keshia Bowers was one of these ladies and she had some incredible results. 👏 Today we want to share a little bit about her transformation! Keshia is a mental health professional, devoted mom, and foster mom, whose journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Battling blood sugar issues, significant weight gain, and high stress, Keshia faced numerous challenges. However, in just 8 weeks, she experienced a remarkable transformation. With determination and commitment, Keshia balanced her blood sugar levels, shed 18 pounds, regained control of her body, rekindled her love for exercise, and achieved a significant milestone—her period returned. Her journey is a testament to the power of resilience and the incredible possibilities that lie ahead with dedication and perseverance.💞 After the challenge was over, she plateaued a little in her progress, but since joining our FIT N FLO Community with support and renewed efforts she's making, it reignited her to be more aware of her mind and body resulting in the scale starting to drop again!🤩 We are so grateful to have @Keshia Bowers in our group here and want to CHEER her on for continued success in her goals!!! 📣 Pics are of her cute family! The purple lavender fields pic is from before the challenge and the other two pics are in March after the challenge was coming to an end. Small consistent steps over time creates continued progress! Keep up the great work, Keshia!!

It’s FRIDAY FUN day! 😀
Yesterday in our coaching call we talked about making movement and exercise part of our daily lives. We share some simple strategies on how to maximize your results. If you didn’t get to join us LIVE check out the call under the “Classroom” section under “Community Calls” lt was a GOOD one! 👏 As we continue to focus this month with getting veggies in every meal, we are also focus on being intentional about incorporating more exercise.💪 Exercise can be A LOT of fun! 🤪 If you’re a beginner, no worries! So, TODAY we are starting a 7 day PLANK challenge! We will be giving prizes at the end of the week so you definitely want to join in on the FUN. Here’s how to participate: 1. Time yourself doing a plank each day and try to improve your time a little each day! 2. Post your time every day in the community. 3. Share a pic or video for extra points. 4. Invite your family to do it with you! 5. Cheer other community members on!📣 Remember that it’s ok if you are just getting started and can’t go for very long. It’s not about comparing ourselves to others, but instead starting where we are and making our own personal improvements that matter most! Ready? Let’s GO!!! MINDSET MONDAY
"What is Success?" - Is it when we accomplish a goal? - Are we successful because we have a large house or large bank account? - Are we successful because the outside world sees our relationships as being strong? - Are we successful because of the of a strong, healthy body we might "appear" to have? There are many ways we define success. And, it is not linear in growth, that's for sure. We all fail sometimes. Sometimes we fail hard and sometimes we fail lightly. That is a part of the process of growth. Growth only happens when we push to the point of failure. It is there that we learn the most about ourselves, and about the thing we are aiming to accomplish. Remember this: "Failure is an event, NOT a person." -Zig Ziglar So how do we define success if we know that we will fail along the way? There are lots of definitions but here is one that I use to keep it more positive for myself. "Success happens when you FEEL FULFILLED in any endeavour you aiming to accomplish." -Jon Chase That means you can be successful before even achieve the end goal. This will set your mind into a "process" state instead of "end goal" state. And, you can apply this to any endeavor you are aiming to accomplish. - Family relationships - Intimate relationships - Work and career - Body and health - etc. Do you like this? I love what you said about feeling fulfilled. It reminds me to find joy in the journey and that’s what’s most important. If I’m not finding the joy in my goals I’m more likely to not stick with them.
