Best Protein Powder Reminder?
Hi ladies, what are the keywords that Jon has mentioned that show your protein powder has been heated or cooked? I keep forgetting this. Maybe I need to see it typed out. 😂

@Malinda Nicholes the word is denatured. You are looking for a protein that is un-denatured. This means they don’t use heat in the extraction process. Some brands are using “cold extraction” which is a key word as well.

That is great @Malinda Nicholes . It doesn't really matter what the exercise is called really. What matters is that you did them and can now give yourself the opportunity and permission to continue. Consistency is the Key to success.
