Love Dr. Peterson!
Small changes
Today I hopped on the scale for the fun of it. lol. It’s a scale that measures your body fat, your BMI, your lean body mass etc. well even though the weight is the same two pounds up or down the BMI and BMR have dropped by. .03. Not much, but it was nice to see those numbers going down. I call that a WIN 🎉🎊

Awesome!
Remember this…
If you start your day with carbohydrates for breakfast, your body will adapt and crave carbs throughout the day. Breakfast sets the stage for your brain’s neurotransmitters for the rest of the day. So, if you feed it oatmeal, cereal, toast, fruit, fruit juice, granola, breakfast bars, pancakes, waffles, honey, jam, or any other carb-heavy option, you’re essentially signing up for a full day of carb cravings. This is why some of the fitness enthusiasts I’ve worked with struggle with constant hunger and food addiction. That seemingly harmless ‘oats for breakfast’ sets off a chain reaction of problems. Try steak and eggs for breakfast and see if you still feel the need for those six small meals a day.
