High carb ideas?
What are some of your "Go To" High Carb foods? I am not a huge fruit person, but I need quick (and easy) high carb snacks or meal add-ins! Currently, my "go to's" are applesauce, bananas, Dave's Killer Bread, whole grain rice, tortillas and I recently added in couscous!

Hi, I currently go to FBBC in Sioux Falls. I love learning, so I'm hoping to learn some tips on staying healthy here. I'm a pretty busy person so not sure how much time so can give to this now but I'm trying it.
Trying this
I'm trying this in hopes of learning more ways to stay healthy. It helps me to see how others are succeeding.
