With skills I'm incomparably stronger at PULL With basics I'm quite good at PUSH Examples: With skills, I've been doing 25sec full frontlever (clean form) while only being able to hold 3-4 sec of straddle planche With basics I've been pushing 105kg dip easily while barely pulling 75kg pull-up

@Jerry Reuss 75kg bw at the moment and not sure about OAP, never trained it and never tried more than 3 (the 3 were very hard)
What Equipment is Needed?
I get you really don't NEED equipment to do calisthenics though I think having some push up handles, or a dip bar, or even a pull up stand would make the workouts more effective. What equipment would you recommend I get for just starting out? Let me know!

Food Issue
How can I stop eating junk food every day and start eating healthy? Any recommendations? I've been eating fast food for 8 years, I almost never cook, and it's hard for me to break this habit.

Remove it from your home. Do meal prep to make it much easier to stick to eating real meals. When you eat a lot of real foods, you won't crave the crap anymore. The less crap you eat, the less you crave it. With time you'll forget you had a problem.
