Relevance of PRI
Hi do you think PRI activities should be kep year round in the program ? Or do you only see some relevance in it when you are trying to improve someone's movement bandwith. Idk if my question makes sense, basically is the ultimate goal of PRI to not have to do it anymore ? Or do you find value in it regardless of injuries or movement limitations ?

Daily Q&A: Programming
thought i'd give themes for the Q&A's to help give people some inspiration/direction for questions. Ask me anything about program design/periodisation and I'll do my best to answer

@Angus Bradley also in the extract of your GPP program I see you basically do plyos everyday for the 4 days. Aren't you afraid of too much strain too soon or is the volume so low that it's not dangerous ? If I understand correctly GPP is all about low volume, high variability and high frequency right ?
