Hi Everyone A quick heads-up... today or tomorrow, my communities will be archived in Skool. Before that happens, I want you all to know how grateful I am for your support, encouragement, motivation and inspiration. And most especially to the 3 ladies who are at the top of the leaderboard 1. @Nandi Pieterse 2. @Rose McClement 3. @Jill du Preez Who also just happen to be the 3 ladies at the top of the leaderboard in my paid community Hey Shoo WOW Adventure Who are also the 3 ladies who have joined the Positive Intelligence (PQ Program) And the 3 ladies who have joined me for EFT Tapping Sessions. These 3 ladies engaged the most, contributed the most, and also received the most in return. Special mention goes to @David McGraw @Saajida Fakir and @Brock Bourquin who have also been a great contribution to me, personally, as well as to this community. I hope you feel you all have received VALUE from being here. If you haven't watched any of the videos in the Classroom yet, there may still be time for you to receive value before the "doors close". It's been a fabulous month with you all and I would have loved to have continued building this community, however it seems that now is not the time (as the $99 for the monthly subscription to Skool has not appeared yet). THE PLAN GOING FORWARD It's all good. I see this as a gift and opportunity. And am grateful for the lessons learned. I'm planning to be build a new Skool Community (bigger, brighter, bolder and better than before) once that is no longer a hurdle for me.

What if I chose to feel better right now?
What if I could just snap my fingers and feel better? This question works particularly well when you're feeling down, exhausted or overwhelmed. Or when you have an activity to do that you really don't feel like doing. Like housework. Or taxes. Or grudge payments. Or when you've just had an altercation with someone and you feel misunderstood or falsely accused. Or when someone has cut you off in traffic and your blood is boiling. Sometimes just remembering you have a choice to feel better is enough to let it go, shrug it off, to lift your spirits. Sometimes this question is all you need to snap out of it and go on your merry way. It's also a great question to ask in combination with the 3 previous questions: 1.Can I give myself permission to feel good before I get what I want? 2.How can I feel better now? 3.Do I want to change the situation or do I want to feel better now? Before you try these out, rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10. 1, you're feeling yuck. 10, you're feeling fantastic. Then, rate yourself again after you've asked yourself these questions. How much better do you feel? #whatif #feelbetternow

Great advice. Especially on this cold windy morning when it's tempting to just stay in bed. Now, to get up and face the day.
Silence Your Inner Critic (New video in the Classroom)
Hey hey, everyone, a new video just dropped in the Classroom. It's on How to Silence Your Inner Critic using Positive Intelligence. If you are very self critical and your self esteem is suffering as a result, you won't want to miss this one. I did a coaching session on this topic last Thursday in Hey Shoo WOW Adventure and the ladies who attended the Zoom couldn't wait to sign up for the 6-week Positive Intelligence Program. They all started the program on Saturday - they've watched the first video, had their first POD meeting and done their first couple of days of PQ Reps. This has to be the most exciting program I have done. It is teaching me, the best way to silence my inner critic. I have found the program easy to follow. Most of all, it makes me feel at peace with myself and the world.

Make a list of everything you're grateful for right now. πŸ™ Count your blessings. πŸ™Œ List as many positives in your life as possible. ✨️ And, make a list of everything that is positive about YOU, wonderful you. πŸ˜ƒ All your positive attributes. ✨️ All you've accomplished.✨️ All you've become.✨️ Just for fun, read these lists out loud to yourself in the front of the mirror and/or record them so you can play them back to yourself.
