Hey hey, everyone, a new video just dropped in the Classroom.

It's on How to Silence Your Inner Critic using Positive Intelligence.

If you are very self critical and your self esteem is suffering as a result, you won't want to miss this one.

I did a coaching session on this topic last Thursday in Hey Shoo WOW Adventure and the ladies who attended the Zoom couldn't wait to sign up for the 6-week Positive Intelligence Program.

They all started the program on Saturday - they've watched the first video, had their first POD meeting and done their first couple of days of PQ Reps.
