Does timing of the day affect your workout?
This is a rather interesting one, I've personally tried both, and found that for myself, its a periodic matter. In the past, training in the night allowed me to feel more focused with the quiet and undisruptive surroundings. In recent years however, morning/afternoon trainings seem to allow me to push much harder when I feel more awake, and I would lose focus towards the night. Perhaps its due to the change in my sleeping schedule. What are your experiences on this?

I tend to split up my workout throughout the day. I start in the morning, go to work, and come home later to finish the rest of my reps to reach my goal. I like the morning portion of my workout better because I have that time to myself!

Are you STRONGER in Push, or Pull?
And what's the strongest move(both gym and/or calisthenics) that you can pull off?

Push... at least as far as numbers are concerned. I can do 35 push ups but only 9 pull ups (So close to 10!)
Introduction
Hey, my name is Jesse. I am 23, and my goals are to gain size, strength, and control with calisthenic movements. My next goal is to learn the handstand push up!
