MOTIVATION
HEY everyone, I sometimes struggle with motivation and find it hard to make it to the gym. There are days when I don't feel like going at all, or I have to really force myself to go (Leg Day 👀). What motivates you to consistently go to the gym, even on those days when you feel unmotivated? I'd love to hear your tips and strategies for staying motivated! Thanks in advance!

@Owen Blair Ayy man. Thank you for sharing that tip. It's a great perspective shift to focus on the process rather than the outcome. I'll start thinking of some small rewards to motivate myself. And also getting Atomic Habits cause I've definitely heard a lot of great things about the book 💪🏼

For the past few months, I've been relying on chicken breast and rice as my go-to post-workout meal and primary protein source. However, I've reached a point where I'm getting a bit tired of the same flavors. I was wondering if any of you have some exciting recipe suggestions to help me spice up my chicken breast meals. Additionally, I would appreciate any recommendations for other protein-rich foods beyond just chicken.
