The ego meconism.
The ego is a truly amazing tool when you think about it as connected directly to source from once what was nothingness through the evolution of the cosmos and then the evolution of conciousness in man as a meconism of sorts to be able to have this experience of being seperate from all and also get to experience not only through the senses but the emotional spectrum that comes along with consciousness as well as the five sences, and thus through emotional energy creativity is born. You are creator beings, Youre always creating your experience through your emotional state because you are already masters of manifestation. You literally couldn't get any better at it. One thing you can get better at is the letting go of the lower emotions that are no longer serving you by tracking them back to whatever beliefs you have that are holding them up in place and see if it's your belief or just somthing you took on passed down from others. This kind of inward action would be very wise.

I guess there are many approaches to letting go of things that 'hold you back'. Looking for the 'root' of the issue and doing 'work' around that to dig it out...or just Letting Go, as per Dr Hawkins' approach. Thanks for posting Dustin.

@Dustin Berry No, I have not heard of this. Might have to do a little Google!
Intention Meditation
Morning Sifu & Fam I just got to L14 Intention Meditation . I did it here now at work and my experience was strange. I have never felt anything like this. My feet and hands felt warm and it was as if there was no floor underneath my feet and my head felt light like it was empty. I promise you I promise you... I only remember Sifu's voice saying breathe gently and open your eyes. I felt so emotional and it wasn't sadness nor happiness. More like a sense of relief or acceptance. I know I'm not making sense. I'm sorry I'm not sure if I am supposed to share this but I had ask if this is a normal experience.

The downside to carpet is that you don't slide across the floor in that scenario. However, I love the brother's laugh...obviously enjoys Jim Carry and physical comedy 😆🤣😂
