I'm mostly new! Trying to be more active in the group.
I'm trying to get back into exercise. I haven't worked out regularly for about 20 years, I think! My plan is twofold: 1) Kettlebell swings - simple three sets of 10 on days I don't hurt from the last workout. 2) Walking - I think after supper, as my wife mentioned.

This morning started a bit wet 💦 but looks like the clouds have been broken through with clear skies and sunlight 🌞 However I’m going to start posting meal ideas 💡hopefully it will be useful. I’ll build another Tab today and post it all on there for everyone. What’s everyone else plans for the week?

Eat more greens! It’s always eat more greens. Greens are the healthiest food for humans and I hate making salads! lol

What you drinking…!!!???
If you are weighing and measuring your nutrition, be careful with what you drink. . . 🍷 When you are try to be on point with hitting your calories, different kind of fluids will add calories if you are not tracking it. Some drinks like a glass of red wine, a can of coke, coffee with milk or energy drinks will add calories without you knowing.

Water, black Earl Grey tea, and strong Hibiscus tea. My main daily poisons! I have a daily soy milk with ground Chia seeds, Flax seeds, Ginger, Amla, black cumin, Cardamom, a dash of Cloves, black Pepper, Turmeric, and Ceylon Cinnamon. I will have A diet Root Beer some evenings, mainly on weekends. I have maybe two alcoholic drinks a year. The last time I was drunk was at my bachelor party almost 15 years ago.
