I'm mostly new! Trying to be more active in the group.
I'm trying to get back into exercise. I haven't worked out regularly for about 20 years, I think!
My plan is twofold:
1) Kettlebell swings - simple three sets of 10 on days I don't hurt from the last workout.
2) Walking - I think after supper, as my wife mentioned.
