Don't overthink it
It's always a nice idea thinking about what you are going to do, even writing it down, but is still not getting anywhere. Over thinking about what if.....! When it hasn't happen yet, doesn't if its good or bad. There isn't really a perfect time and there never will be Spend more time taking ACTION by doing and if it goes wrong, adapt, overcome and continue!

Don't be busy for the Hell of being busy
There was a point in my life where I spent time being busy, just I thought it would get me somewhere..... specially when I was in the army. I was being busy to kill time and didn't stop to enjoy the hardship or just be in the moment.

Lifting weights or training in the gym helps you get fitter, stronger and better for overall health.... It can assist in weight loss but very very small. Calorie deficit helps you with losing weight........ Exercise to be better!
