Looking for anxiety help
I appreciate being added to the group. I've had anxiety issues for many years. I was on Venlafaxine since 2017 and it worked fine. Tried going off it and to a different med due to side effects and I wish I never did. Tried going back on it and now it doesn't work. Tried Lexapro for 12 weeks.....didn't work. My Dr. put me on klonopin for the last 6 weeks and that also is not working. Now I'm tapering off it as I felt better on nothing.....I think. Seeing my Dr. Next week to see what we can try next. I also have been doing a ton of meditation and breath work which does help but it's a struggle. Anybody find themselves in this situation? Thank you

I’ve never been on meds but I do feel your pain. I’ve been struggling. I feel better then boom back to the heart palpitations and uneasiness.
My mom
My mom is a hero to our family. And as I get older I have to watch her get older. She's got the shakes real bad she can't keep her blood pressure under control her throid is over active. And I was wondering for recommendations on the healthy queen tea if that would help her or if anyone knows any other blends that would work for her

@Kody Houston Cayenne Pepper works 100%. If you can get organic dried. But still works if not organic. Quarter to half teaspoon in a small bit of lukewarm water, like a double shot. Can do 3 times a day. It burns but it has incredible healing qualities for your gut, heart, arteries etc. And blood pressure will start to lower within a day.
Feeling of Doom
The other night I started having thoughts of doom. A fear in my stomach and chest. I’ve had this often since the onset of my anxiety but this last time.. ha, I flipped it around. I acknowledged the thoughts/feelings. I put my hand over my heart and the other hand on my belly. Then I forced myself to remember the moments I felt better, the moments I felt in control. I literally cussed out those negative thoughts/feelings. “How dare you try to make me feel insufficient?? I’m strong, I’m tough. I’ve been through this shit long enough! Don’t try to make me doubt me! I got me! I ain’t weak!” I immediately felt empowered. I started to believe we do control our minds. And that was proof. I encourage yall to be courageous. Stand up to DPDR, negative thoughts, etc… ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
