So does anyone else deal with anxious feeling in your stomach and head pressure? I want to know what will help for me. I drink AFT and it helps but the anxious feeling I can't get rid of. HELP ME PLEASE 😫

I just lost an uncle this morning. I woke up with my heart pounding only to get a call that he passsed. Say a prayer for me. Super anxious and no appetite. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Every once in awhile I get to where I just can't fall asleep no matter what. I drink AFT and sereni tea and still can't do it. It's just once in awhile and it's miserable

Man I was having a good day then all of a sudden a sharp pain in my chest my arm tingled I got light headed face got hot and boom panic for no reason. I haven't been right since 😕 oh well home now cup of tea in my hand gotta accept it and move on I've been bringing my symptoms with me I'm not gonna let it control me anymore if I'm not feeling good I'm gonna not feel good where I need to be I'm gonna deal with it in the open instead of in my room. It's anxiety it's not a heart problem. It's adrenaline not a stroke. It's cortisol not an emergency I gotta breathe.
