I'm trying to taper off Diaz withdarwls are horrible to deal with while trying to taper lower, I'm just lill worried about interactions. And I'm also suffering with histamine intolerance too, and estrogen dominace so I can't drink anything that will cause higher oestrogen,

How will this tea make you feel? I hate the dope high feeling that Xanax gives you

Today was my first day mixing teas. I’ve been just drink AFT for about a week and some days now. Today though, I had AFT mixed with ClariTea and it’s like I can see the differences instantly. I had a sort of a rough night with my boyfriend. We just weren’t seeing eye to eye and I felt bad about the situation but my body didn’t have an anxiety response. I feel like that’s thanks to the AFT. This morning I of course was overthinking so I had just thought let me mix the two and try to have better focused thoughts and definitely feel like it worked. Of course I cried talking to my coworkers about everything but it allowed me to give clear and accurate answers to the way I was feeling and ultimately made me feel better overall. I feel like I’m able now talk to him without clamming up and shutting down. Thank you so much.

How long does it take for the anxiety tea to work if you have extreme anxiety?
