My mom is a hero to our family. And as I get older I have to watch her get older. She's got the shakes real bad she can't keep her blood pressure under control her throid is over active. And I was wondering for recommendations on the healthy queen tea if that would help her or if anyone knows any other blends that would work for her

I’m still waiting on my tea to arrive. But my anxiety is going crazy. I was given Buspar but I’ve yet to take it in hopes I get get my tea soon. But I might have to pop one. Has anyone used these before? What were some of the pros and cons to using this. I only see this as temporary. But something has to break soon.

Does anyone panic and get tons of anxiety when your depended on? Like we have a bday party for my son today and a small group of family are coming over for dinner and I'm panicky and anxious about it. I have to cook and I have plenty of help but idk it's just weird like what if something happens even though nothing ever has. I hate this crap lol just push through

Hello all I’m literally sitting at a place like a Dave & Buster’s that has a crowd and have no anxiety whatsoever! I’ve been taking the tea for 3 weeks now.
