Hey everyone
Hey everyone, I’m new to anxiety and it’s pretty scary.. I have joint pain, my vision feels like Im looking through a magnifying glass and feels like im on a elevator.. I’m on my 1st day of the tea so I’m praying it helps.. it’s nice to meet all of you 🫶

@Gabe Green I did not get a druggy feel. I just got an overwhelming calm, but didn’t feel it. Make me feel like I was in control. And not my emotions.

Going out and about
Has anyone tried going out in crowds maybe to like a concert or movie since taking the tea? If so, how long did it take you to feel comfortable?

I didn’t go to the baseball game because it started raining before then and I knew the seats were wet, but I was able to go out and about this weekend. I was able to go to a few stores, wait for my car to get repaired and go to the movies and I was fine.

Hello
Hello all, I am new to this group. I have only been suffering from anxiety since June. I suffered a panic attack at work and since then I had to relocate my desk location. I have placed my order of the AFT. I’m hoping this will help with my anxiety issues.

Prayer Request
I just lost an uncle this morning. I woke up with my heart pounding only to get a call that he passsed. Say a prayer for me. Super anxious and no appetite. 🤦🏾♂️
