I want to increase my pullups rn 8-9 first set then its drops down below 6 my weighted pull ups is 10kg with 6rep/4sets i can do wieghted pullups but not able normal alot of reps how can i pullups endurance?
@Cheng Wee Ng i used this method for my weighted pulls from vid but never came in my mind this could be applied to normal pulls gonna try this, drop set method is good but i got exguasted after 1st whole set
