WHAT A WEEK!! DON'T MISS THIS!!
We've had a FUN week with some AMAZING things that happened!👏 FIRST- We have NEW members that have joined us this last week so let's give a HUGE welcome to these ladies! Please make sure you check out the WELCOME POST and share a little about you so we can get to know you. 👭 @Amber Staub @Challi Allred @Malinda Nicholes @Roxanne Turner @Ashley Lisenby SECOND- We had a FANTASTIC Coaching Call yesterday where we taught about the SILENT INFLUENCER of HORMONE IMBALANCE which is posted now under the "Classroom" section under "Weekly Community Calls." After our presentation we took some time to coach those who were on the call LIVE answering personal questions to assist them. Just a reminder if you can get on the LIVE weekly calls, you can take advantage of receiving some FREE coaching! We'd love to have you join us when you can. We announced on this call our next upcoming challenge that will start in just a little over two weeks in September called "HEAL YOUR GUT, BALANCE YOUR HORMONES." I missed a day so today was my day 7. I’m still a little shaky as I type this, but woo! I’m proud of myself. Cushion under the elbows and I asked my Alexa to play some music. I skipped whatever the first song was and then Eye of the Tiger came on! It was the perfect song to keep pushing me!

Motivational Monday- DAY 4 Plank Challenge

Today has been the longest day! I’m proud of myself tonight. I made it to 2:25. It was a mental battle after a long day and I was already watching the clock at the 1:10 mark, but breathed through and hit my “5 more seconds” goal!

@Ashley Lisenby thanks! Let me know if you try a cushion! I normally just double up my mat. The cushion was much better comfort wise!
7-Day Plank Challenge- Day 2
Did you see we kicked off a plank challenge yesterday for the next 7 days? If, not check out the “FRIDAY FUN DAY” post for more details! Share your time and pic for extra points!! 👏👏 One thing you will notice is how much longer you can go when you focus mentally and breathe through it as you start to feel like you are hitting your max. I start to sing when it’s getting hard and it’s amazing how much that helps! Push through the challenge and see just how much you can do! 🏃‍♂️ What helps you when it starts to get hard or painful? My time today is 3:30. Improved my time by 20 seconds. 😝 You got this! 💪

I did not want to do the plank today, but I did it and blew my goal out of the water. Not sure I can beat this tomorrow, but we’ll try! Also, for the record, I do a LOT of Pilates so planks are a strength for me.
Zucchini in a smoothie
If you happen to be like me and your garden is producing an over, abundance of zucchini, try putting a couple of peices in your fruit smoothie. This morning while I was making my smoothie I realized I had no green and I wanted to get my vegetables in, so I added slice of zucchini to my smoothie and you couldn’t even tell it was there.
