Morning routine ✅ Cold shower 🚿 ✅ Journal for 10 minutes ✍️ ✅ Read for 20 minutes 📖 ✅ Spend 45 minutes outdoors 🌲✅ Deep work ✅ Eat only whole foods❌ Drink 2 Liters of water ✅ Workout 🏋️ (Abs, core, chest, rest days) ✅ Swimming laps (>30 minutes) 🏊 ❌ Study 📖 2 hours at least ✅ Attend a community meeting 👨‍👨‍👦‍👦 ✅ Offer positive advice and help to someone who is down on Skool 🫂 ✅ Meditation (>10 minutes) ✅ Screens off by 21:00 (9:00pm) 📱 ❌ In bed by 21:30 (9:30pm) 🛌 ❌ Evening routine ✅ 7+ hours of sleep 🛌 ✅ Sunday I went to the gym. Monday and Tuesday I took rest days and will return to the gym Wednesday. Monday I worked at a different site with my employer on a project and nearly collapsed from the heat, so I skipped the gym solely for that reason. Today, I just stayed indoors and will return working and the gym Wednesday. I do very poorly in T° > 70°F (20°C). I am hoping to be working and living near the Canadian border or in Northern Europe next summer, as I am beyond exhausted from the hot weather and looking forward to snow and T° < 32°F (0°C).

SHEEESH BROTHER. You ate with that routine. Nice work!
Can somebody check my pullup form?
Can somebody check my form on weighted pullups? If so, how can I improve them, and how many reps should I do before adding more weight? Currently, I do 5-6 reps of 3-4 sets weighed pullups. Please help me

Hey Raghuveer! Just saw your video. I realised that for all your reps, your chin did not go above the bar. While it might have felt like it did(or reached the same level as the bar), it will be much better for your overall strength journey for you to jab your chin over the bar with every single rep. Other than that, I say you have great endurance when it comes to pull ups. You can focus on more bodyweight pull ups in the meantime to clean up on your form, or work with a lighter weight. Solid work brother!

New Course - Released!
What is your current goal in fitness?
After my bulk I lost majority of my calisthenics skills because of the weight gain. Right now I'm training to achieve the one arm handstand. What about you?

Still getting charged $1 per month in Caliversity - Solution
Greetings everyone! We received a message from a Caliversity Athlete some days back that he was still getting charged $1 a month in our Skool community. This happened because we initially priced the entrance fee for Caliversity at $1/month to keep out bots and scams but we realised that a majority of our target audience are students who do not have access to debit cards and hence our decision to make it free. Skool is a relatively new platform and we learnt recently that when audience A joins at a set price per month and this set price is changed for new audience B, audience A continues to pay the same set price for the rest of their subscription. This isn't fair for any one of audience A, who are paying $1 a month whereas others are getting access for free. However, the price setting in Skool does not allow us to adjust the subscriptions of audience A to what audience B is paying(free). Under such circumstances, we've managed to find a way to make it as fair as possible for audience A. Instead of the original price setting of $1 per month, we adjusted it to $1 per year. While audience A is still being charged $1 each year, we managed to dial it down from a potential $12 annually. We are still looking for a complete solution to this problem and we hope that Skool offers us new possibilities out of this obstacle but in the meantime, we hope that the first few joiners(audience A) understands the full context of this problem. If you know a fixed solution to this issue, do comment down below. Cheers! - Daemon and Cheng Wee
