Monday and Tuesday I took rest days and will return to the gym Wednesday. Monday I worked at a different site with my employer on a project and nearly collapsed from the heat, so I skipped the gym solely for that reason. Today, I just stayed indoors and will return working and the gym Wednesday. I do very poorly in T° > 70°F (20°C). I am hoping to be working and living near the Canadian border or in Northern Europe next summer, as I am beyond exhausted from the hot weather and looking forward to snow and T° < 32°F (0°C).
