Sunday I went to the gym. Monday and Tuesday I took rest days and will return to the gym Wednesday.
Monday I worked at a different site with my employer on a project and nearly collapsed from the heat, so I skipped the gym solely for that reason. Today, I just stayed indoors and will return working and the gym Wednesday. I do very poorly in TΒ° > 70Β°F (20Β°C). I am hoping to be working and living near the Canadian border or in Northern Europe next summer, as I am beyond exhausted from the hot weather and looking forward to snow and TΒ° < 32Β°F (0Β°C).
