Why can't I do a muscleup?
I've been training weighed pullups ( Right now, I can pull 35kgs for 1) but still can't seem to do a muscle up. Is it my strength that I have to improve or is just technique that plays more important role here? I really want to be able to do a muscle up. Please help me, guys. Also please give me tips and progressions if you can.

@Ah Huat I have been training my core too cause I heard it helps with muscle ups. Also, I can do one muscle up with band support, but not without band. I do think it's the form thats stopping me from achieving it though.

Can somebody check my pullup form?
Can somebody check my form on weighted pullups? If so, how can I improve them, and how many reps should I do before adding more weight? Currently, I do 5-6 reps of 3-4 sets weighed pullups. Please help me

For an aesthetic body, I would recommend hypertrophy wokouts. Depends on your goals though, what are you trying to achieve? If it's only muscles, then train with the principle of progressive overload. Train major muscle groups and compound movement like pushups for chest, triceps and shoulders, pullups for back muscles and squats for legs. Those are the big three. You can add additional isolation work like bicep curls with bags filled with books. But stick to those 3
