Engaged. This was a good post but I think the best portion was the very end and many people may not have read all the way to the end. I think it could have been better if you would have said something like step by step instructions for how we did X case study for your agency and a little more of a step by step do this, then do that, etc. That way you'd weave the stuff in at the end throughout the post.
