Have we found a solution to make sure the bot can update the contact's name, phone, email, etc. without having to use custom fields and workflows to move the information?

I tried to hit on things I thought would be important - if you have more questions, concerns, feedback or wants drop them below in the comments :) I've added a lot of data collect and around to make sure rollout goes smoothly ## How it works: The billing structure sits exactly like ours: - Chat + Access | Subscription | Set messages & assistant limits - Voice minutes | Transactional | Set voice minutes ## Features: - You can use either / both / none based on your deployment - Show / hide products and turn re-billing off or on - See transaction history and associated accounts - Managed through Stripe marketplace - voice is drop serviced with cost (so you dont have to buy in bulk, you get the difference) and subscriptions are all yours - These are managed inside the GHL custom menu link iframe for full white label - Set trial days - Client portal management | Admin portal management ## Things to come: - Webhooks for payments (for follow up, record keeping or whatever you would like) - Auto-billing for usage - Turn off for specific subaccounts | opt specific subaccounts out - Onboarding flow - This infrastructure for resellers (external deployments) - and more...

Couple of questions... 1. I see the rebilling and setting up the initial minutes, etc. Will we be able to have something like the wallet that could automatically top them up at the level chosen if the assistant runs out of minutes? My concern here is someone who is using it quite a bit and it just shutting off if they run out of minutes. 2. I know you've mentioned that at some point we will be able to put our own OpenAI api into the system. Looking forward to that as well. However, I'm thinking about the fact that we have 3 levels of plans for clients. As of right now, the lowest tier does not include Assistable AI. It is an upsell on the account fully. However, in our mid-tier and upper-tier offers, we include that with set amounts of chats included in our monthly billing. My question here is how we could handle something like that without it becoming a billing nightmare? My first thought is setup the subscription plans in Rebilling with adding the capacity to give them a coupon code that would cover the monthly subscription price and just have them pay for overages. (This would also lend credence to the value of it being added to their account as well.) I would also think that we could essentially do the same thing with chats and rebill that in the same way even if we had our own OpenAI key. It would essentially just be a passthrough. Other thoughts or input?
Sub Account Voice Billing
I'm still not seeing any way for sub accounts to self serve voice billing. Do I need to activate this or is it still pending?

Excited to see this @Jorden Williams! I have a couple of clients who are wanting to try it out and just waiting for the rebilling to be setup.
Ghl powerdialer/precictive dialer
has anyone had any experience with any of the dialer apps in GHL marketplace? I use ricochet and convoso for our remote call center but if we could get something in GHL that could integrate the assistant, I’d help build the best dialing cadences ever. Anyone know?
