@Ah Huat I started from the wide legs one arm push up and got to the perfect one arm push up in about 2-3 weeks. But to get from a normal push up to one arm wide-legs push up took me around a year but u can get it faster if u stay consistent. Start from normal push ups, then archer and then one arm wide legs push up. After hitting 4-8 reps, u can achieve 1 rep of the perfect one arm push up

@Ah Huat alright so u can already do the wide legs one arm push up. u should actually aim for 8-12 reps of it for strength. it took me 7 reps to get the perfect one arm but its always good to push towards the 12 mark. u can also begin to narrow ur legs progressively until you get there. the perfect hand placement is going to take a but of work because its not in the center so u need balance. u need to tense all parts of ur body. ur first attempts is going to be bad form, but u need the bad form to get to the perfect one. with practice, ull get straight body alignment when u push up.
Morning vs Afternoon Workout. Which is better?
So you can either train morning, afternoon or night, but night isn’t a good option because it’s gonna keep you energised and ruin your sleep. You have to train at least 3 hrs before bed. So there’s really 2 options: train in the morning or in the afternoon/evening. Which is more beneficial in terms of muscle growth and recovery?

damnn thats really impressive! i cant even do a back lever at half your bodyweight. keep it up ricardo! 🔥💪
full vs fasted
Do you train fasted or when you have eaten something? Personally I like training fasted as I have more energy and focus. Also, being in a fasted state makes me slightly lighter than usual, and I am able to perform better reps of calisthenics exercises.

It's best to train on an empty stomach. If you train after eating, you're going to get a stitch (stomach pain) which is not good for your health. Additionally, you should eat shortly after a workout session to replenish your body.
I hit 13 pull ups
I am on the grind, things are looking good
