Two days ago after training, my shoulder started to hurt the next day but Iβm not sure itβs a injury, itβs not too bad but itβs making me weaker in dips, how can I make the pain go away?
Hi Isak, having years of experience in the gym, I can tell with enough certainty that this is a very common injury. To be more accurate, you just damaged the rotator cuff! Nothing major, but as you said, it compromises your workout! π It's very annoying because there are not quick fixes on that! I will recommend to rest at the beginning and not Force the shoulder in any Way! But it will last long! And as other people said, do shoulder exercises, specially with elastic bands to make the rotator cuff stronger! But for now... Rest! Trust me, Otherwise it can get worse and take LONGER π So annoying π
@Isak Yk Oh you're so welcome! Ask whenever you want! :) Probably in the future I will prepare some content for that, because it's a very common problem!
Iβm looking for the most effective way to define my abs more and build strength. I already have some abs, but I want to make them more defined. Whatβs the best approach?
Well, "ABS" are a combination of muscle and, most importantly, belly fat. πππ» What I mean is that you can develop the best ABS in the world, but if they are "covered" by belly fat, they cannot be visible! So I will recommend to workout ABS specifically (static and dynamic exercises), but specially working on your diet in case your body fat is above 15%, Otherwise it will be hard to see them! π The best of luck! ππͺπ»
Not being a powerlifter, it could be strange, but considering the options: DEADLIFT for sure! π Even if, being a body builder (amateur ahah), I will always love my beloved bench press π
