TTS provider (11labs) is down
I have a fallback selection in this update but for now in case this ever happened but I guess its happening... - OpenAI and deepgram voices are fine, you can see the provider in the header of the voice itself working on mitigation now

What are the different strategies you guys employ for real estate agencies? I'm asking about what are the workflows that help you get real estate clients, what do you offer them and what are the main hooks they need?

Inject Context Summary of the previous conversations
Can we inject at the start of a conversation, the summaries of the previous conversations when we receive a call or a message? As everything is about context, we suis be able to remember when a caller comes back. We should also be able to drop the call if previous conversations were spam. Currently I add them to a naughty list, but in the correct way we must have a memory and that memory injected before the conversation is restarted

@Luis Garibay what workflows? Assistable is not coming in from a workflow once the ai flag is set to the user, it's not going through a workflow. The call is pickedup by retell sip trunk and then assistable is coming in

Voice Context Skyrocket
1. Dropdown of callable variables in the prompt, just type { and they will show. These are automatically fed to the call if the information is available in GHL. 2. User persona injection - we are now injecting the user persona for you to account for information that didnt get filled with variables in your prompt at a global level. 3. Custom variables - custom variables are now in the call workflow action. If you do not see the updated action, reset your oauth. Sorry, we play by GHL's rules. But once thats done, you'll see inputs for custom data that is not accounted for in the system variables. 4. Variable overload: - {{contact.first_name}} - {{contact.last_name}} - {{contact.full_name}} - {{contact.email}} - {{contact.phone}} - {{contact.address}} - {{contact.website}} - {{contact.id}} - {{account.id}} - {{custom.one}} - {{custom.two}} - {{custom.three}} - {{custom.four}} - {{custom.five}} - {{account.timezone}} - {{calendar.id}} More to come. Please note, while this integration is happening, some functionality may be degraded for a temporary time this morning.

@Jorden Williams @Jason Dueck Is this working for inbound calls as well? Can we give the custom variable where we have the call summary in the prompt for the Android to know the context?
