No win means no progress=FALSE!
Let me tell you why. Over this past week it has been very little work being done. The holidays coming around and have been focusing heavily on time with the familia and the gym that is about it. Some of you know I am doing 90 hard, so exercising everyday regardless if its at the gym or not. Stretching and a walk, or hitting a HIIT workout before my lift. As long as I am exercising I pass for the day. This past week though, aside from fitness I have stepped off onto a more spiritual path oddly enough. Feelings of conviction run through my brain at random times of the day to pray, read, and worship. Sometimes I do, even randomly at a drive thru picking up panda express. I have not felt this close to God in a long time, possibly ever in my life have I been this convicted. Even writing this right now in the gym parking lot. Others will say “but what work have you done?” Truthfully slim to none, but what does that matter? You can’t take it with you, and we are all gonna die one day. There are other forms or progress -Mental -Physical -Spiritual What areas have you seen progress in you life this year? And what are you looking to push forward in 2025? Cheers! Blake

Consistency does not mean staying rigid
Yo!!! Happy Saturday its 6am and its time for the gym! Recently I have been doing my own challenge leading up to the new year, 90 hard consisting of a few things to keep it simple -Hit the gym daily, even if its just stretching and walking -Eat mostly clean, a few sweets in moderation wont hurt -Become grounded in my faith, and talk with God daily Aside from a few other changes in my life, this challenge has brought nothing but good into my life and helped me level up in ways I used to believe were impossible. The biggest thing I have struggled with is consistency, unless I am truly dialed I would fall off. However 90 hard has helped not only start to develop myself personally, but in all ways of my life! I urge everyone in here to pursue something that challenges you and helps you grow as well! P.S.-I will be releasing a email/newsletter thing soon talking about fitness, faith, mindset and documenting my journey of self development. If you want to join shoot me a dm!!

@Madison DeCoste Gracias familia!
I lost all of my sales skills
So I thought.. Sales is not jut how you show up skill wise.. dont get wrong it plays a huge role, but sales is also widely shown on how you show up for yourself. I’ll be honest the last few weeks have been tough and I genuinely thought I lost all of my sales skills. But after taking 6,000 calls, generated $2.5 mil in revenue for the companies I worked for, and sold a $144k offer, I had to look back because there was no way I lost ALL of that experience. What I did though was I had a lot happening in my personal life that was distracting me from being able to show up to the call with full attention on the lead and myself. If you are selling and you out of the blue, suck, remember that there’s no way you lost all of your knowledge, skills, and experience overnight. Step back and look at the bigger picture, because there’s probably something in your personal life that could be setting it off.

Love this Maddie, its all apart of the process. Taking steps back to propel forward!
How do you handle limiting beliefs?
The last week has been rough ! Didn’t close many sales and I feel like I am just falling off. How do you guys generally push through those tough days when you’re not closing deals and you just feel like you’re moving backwards instead of forwards ?

Big Brando coming in with the heat🔥
The Sales Mindset Starts with Discipline
Your success in sales is a direct reflection of the habits and discipline you build outside the calls. Sales isn’t just about tactics, scripts, or rebuttals—it’s about who you are. If you lack discipline in your personal life, it will show up when you’re trying to connect, solve problems, or close on sales calls. True discipline comes from within: waking up every day, committing to your craft, and showing up as the best version of yourself. It’s not about perfection but consistency. When you focus on creating structure and accountability in your life, you’ll carry that energy into your sales conversations. Suddenly, the hard conversations feel more natural, your objections are met with confidence, and your follow-up game becomes airtight. Remember, sales is not just about selling a product; it’s about transforming someone’s life by showing them a solution they didn’t even know was possible. Discipline in yourself creates trust and influence with your prospects. Start with you, and watch how your calls change.
